Dr. Ki Hoon Kim welcomed around 50 participants of the first batch of the Korean language classes with Mrs. Lee Sangmoo as the lead teacher supported by Kumae Jares, Kum Park and Mimi Morse. Dr. Yen Soon Kim, chair of the UNLV Food and Beverage and Hospitality Department gave an introduction to Korean culture to the delight of the participants.
